What is your turn around time?

Stationery, coffee mugs, candles and bath products will ship in 2-3 days after placing your order.  All other items will ship in 7-10 business days (unless otherwise noted). If you place an order that contains ready to ship items and items requiring production time, your order will ship in the 7-10 business days (unless a longer time is noted for sign production). 

Do you ship to APOs?

Yes!  Having previously been stationed overseas, we want to make sure you can get what you need also (barring any customs restrictions!)

How much is shipping?

Shipping for all orders is a $6 flat rate.

How will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be sent automatically via email once a label is printed.  Information may take up to 24 hours to update once the initial email is received. 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final. Please be sure to review the size chart before purchasing apparel to ensure a proper fit.  Also, take note of the washing instructions located in all apparel product photos.  We do our best to ensure the quality of all items, but should you receive a flawed item, please contact us at hello@shopwesthouse.com so that we can remedy the situation.

Do you take custom orders?

Sorry.  We are not accepting custom orders at this time.
