Please note that we are intentional about sourcing the majority of our products from other small businesses. On occasion, products included in our boxes may become unavailable at short notice resulting in substitutions. Not to worry, we always make sure the products are of equal or greater value and are still in line with the cohesion and intention of the box. 

PACKAGING

Gift will arrive in a white gift box, tied with blue ribbon and finished with a wooden gift tag. Carefully tucked inside of a shipping box for safe transit. Gift note available at no additional charge. 

Gifts ship in approximately 2-4 business days. Bulk orders may take a few days more, but we will contact you to give you exact lead times. If you need your gift on/by a specific date, please send us an email at hello@shopwesthouse.com with the details and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ready to Ship: 1-2 business days 

Personalized/Customized Items: 7-10 business days

How much is shipping?

 

All items now ship at a flat rate of $5 

Do you ship to APOs?

Yes!  Having previously been stationed overseas, we want to make sure you can get what you need also (barring any customs restrictions!)

How will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be sent automatically via email once a label is printed. Information may take up to 24 hours to update once the initial email is received.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final.  We encourage you to properly check the appropriate size charts and read product descriptions closely.  As a small shop, returns and exchanges just aren’t possible right now.

If you receive an item and it is damaged or we send you the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shopwesthouse.com so we can make it right. 

 

Fabric Care

All t-shirts are screen printed.  We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry.

Personalized items should be spot cleaned only. 

Coffee Mug Care
